our desire is for your student to become deeply rooted in jesus.
ACC Youth Ministry aims to reach middle and high school students for Jesus by proclaiming the Gospel, worshiping God together, teaching and learning from God’s Word, helping students grow in their relationship with God, and by building Christ-centered relationships. We want to teach students to follow Jesus and to impact our world in His name.
At our weekly youth group we spend time socializing, playing organized games, hearing a message from the Bible, discussing the message in small groups, and praying together. We also have several fun events and activities planned throughout the year. All students in grades 6 – 12 are welcome!

gretchen Hanson
Hi! I am Gretchen, I am the wife of Nate and mom of Luke. You will often find me on the AHS track or soccer field coaching high school athletes. I love to hike, cook, read and adventure to new places. I love studying God’s word and sharing that love with others. I am honored to volunteer with our youth.
Nate Hanson
Hey, I’m Nate! I’ve been a high school teacher and volunteer youth worker for the last couple of decades. I currently help with the high school boys at ACC. Â I enjoy time exploring with my family, theology, learning about physics, music, video production/animation, computer programming, and video games. I am currently also serving as an Elder at ACC.
Victor McClay
Hi, my name is Victor McClay, I’m one of the leaders for the middle school boys. Throughout my time of leadership, God has consistently displayed the value of the youth spending time in fellowship and the word with one another. I am extremely excited to see what God does through all students!
Debra Schwulst
Hi! My name is Debra, and I get to lead our lovely middle school ladies. I am overwhelmed by the amazing students and leaders I get to hang out with each week! When I’m not homeschooling my 4 kids or managing our crazy schedules, I enjoy playing softball, reading, playing games and spending time with people.

Hi, I’m Paul! I’m one of the elders at ACC. I have served as a youth pastor for many years, in churches and para-church organizations. I continue to have a passion for youth and youth ministry! Hope to see you here Sunday!
