ACC FAMILY LIFE
ACC Care Team
Our ACC Care Team is a small group of ACC members who feel called to reach out to members who are under the weather or have obstacles in their lives at this time. We work as a team to try to identify who these people are and let them know they are seen–they are not alone. The team uses methods like calling, texting, emailing, sending cards or making a personal visit. Since it is not always easy to know who would benefit from being on the Care Team’s list, we would really appreciate it, if you know of someone, if you let us know. Perhaps you are in the midst of a trying time–we’d love to know. We would love to hear from you or have you join us. If you have any questions, please contact Claudia Cole at gr8coles@yahoo.com or text her at 360-202-8402.
ACC Helper Team
ACC has formed a dedicated team of “helpers” to assist individuals with projects that may prove difficult to manage independently. Whether the task involves repairing a broken stair, trimming an unruly tree, or addressing a slow-draining pipe, we are here to offer our support. If you have any questions or require assistance, please reach out to Jay Lewis at jayhlewis@wavecable.com.
Church Directory
We understand how important it is to feel connected with our church community. One of the many ways to feel connected is the ability to put a name with a face. Our church directory allows you to do just that! To gain access to our church directory, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jill in the office; she is more than happy to assist you. 360-293-3729 or office@anacorteschristian.church If your name is already listed in the directory, we encourage you to upload your photo. If you need help with adding your photo, please do not hesitate to come by the church and ask for assistance. We are more than willing to help!
Home Communion
At ACC, we recognize the importance of serving those who are unable to attend church services for various reasons. We invite you to sign-up for our in-home communion service. We have people who would love to serve you this way. If you are interested in this service, please do not hesitate to contact our office for additional information, enrollment. We also offer communion cups/bread for you to have while watching ACC’s online Sunday services from home. 360-293-3729 or office@anacorteschristian.church
Media
If you found any of our content enjoyable and are a member of YouTube, please remember to like, share, and subscribe. Additionally, we encourage you to share the link with loved ones and with our military members stationed overseas!
WAYS TO VOLUNTEER
Rhizoo and Nursery Positions
We are in need of volunteers to help out with our Rhizoo and Nursery Programs on Sunday mornings. These volunteer positions are on a rotational basis. If you are interested in getting to know a fun team of volunteers and joining them as we serve, please contact Kim Housholder at kim@anacorteschristian.church. These teams are wonderful people who have a lot of fun getting to know each other as they serve our ACC children together.
OUTREACH
Red Shield Sunday
We’re excited to share that ACC has set aside the First Sunday of every month as a Congregational Giving Day and we are calling it “Red Shield Sunday”. This is a simple and meaningful way for us to support our neighbors. Just bring canned or boxed food, hygiene and household products to the church, and we will deliver them to the Salvation Army. It’s also a fun opportunity to involve your children and/or grandchildren and teach them about giving. Your ongoing support helps ensure that hope and practical help are available to those who need it most. Our next “Red Shield Sunday” falls on Easter. You will find a member of ACC in the foyer handing out the little red shields with the items needed on them for anyone who wants to participate. You are more than welcome to stop by the church anytime to deliver the goods on any day as well.

ACC Chosen Ministries “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” Jeremiah 1:5
As some of you know, I have a small, word of mouth ministry here at ACC. I am looking to restock diapers and wipes as I am running on empty. If you are called to give Diapers (any size) & wipes, they can be dropped off to Jill at the church office during the ACC office hours or you can find me on Sunday morning services. This ministry is celebrating 5 years this year – It wouldn’t be possible without all of your donations and support. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you! Shannon Burch.
Salvation Army – ACC’s Food Collection Station
Your generous food & toiletry contributions are collected and given to our local Salvation Army for distribution to those who are in need in our community. Please place your donations on the rolling carts which are located in the coat closet just off the foyer, next to the water fountain. Thank you for your continued generosity!
